Classic Camp, Family Camp, Adventure Camp:

  • Sleeping Bag (Preferred) or Twin Bed Sheets and Blanket (Note: During most weeks of camp, campers will be camping out in tents for one night)
  • Pillow and Pillow Case

  • Modest Swimwear –one-piece lined suits, NO bikinis (modesty will be at the discretion of camp staff)

What NOT to bring:
  • Tobacco Products, Alcoholic Beverages or Drugs
  • Any form of weaponry (knives, guns, etc.)
  • Scooters, Skateboards, Bicycles, Fireworks
  • Electronic devices of any kind (including, but not limited to, Cell Phones, Computers, Electronic Games, Tape/CD/MP3 Players, Radios, Televisions or Pagers,– any of these items will be retained by our staff and returned at the end of the week. Family Camp – We discourage use of these items while at camp, but leave it to the discretion of parents.)
*Adventure Camp – Additional Items:
  • Sleeping Bag (rated to 30 degrees and packable)
  • Backpack (for day hikes and trips)
  • Extra Batteries for Flashlight or Headlamp
  • 2 Water Bottles or Camelback (2 liters or more)
  • Mess Kit – Plate, Bowl, and Cutlery
  • Minimum Required Clothing:
    • A full change of clothes (Polyester and nylon blends of clothing are preferable to cotton. Cotton conducts heat and does not dry quickly, which makes it not as good for camping.)
    • Bathing Suit (One Piece)
    • Footwear – a good pair of sneakers for biking and hiking, and a good pair of river shoes (not flip-flops)
    • Fleece or sweatshirt
  • Optional Gear:
    • Sunglasses with strap
    • Hat
    • Camp chair for hanging out around the fire
    • Fishing Pole
