How To Register

1. Decide on a session.  

2.Decide how you want to register. See the 3 options (A,B,C) below:

OPTION A:

ONLINE REGISTRATION - Simply CLICK HERE for the LINK to our online registration site. You can register online and also pay with a credit card. DON'T MISS OUT ON CAMP...RESERVE YOUR SPOT TODAY!

OPTION B:

You may use a downloadable registration form (PDF file) from our website. Simply download and print the form. Fill it out and send it in.

OPTION C:

We'd be happy to send you a SUMMER CAMP BROCHURE if you'd like. The brochure contains a registration form. Just CONTACT us and we'll be happy to send you the information.

Note: If you have attended camp at LGYC in the past 2-3 years, you should have received a summer camp brochure in the mail.


** Additional Registration Information **

Bring-a-Friend

Remember when registering with the Bring-A-Friend Promotion campers must come to the same week of camp and they must register together at the same time online or send all of their registrations in the same envelope at the same time. For more information check out the promotions page.

Bunk Buddies

On the registration form campers can list up to TWO friends OF THE SAME AGE as Bunk Buddies, and we'll do our best to try and place the friends together. The two friends should also list your camper's name on their registration form. We do not put large groups of friends in the same cabin.

Registration Confirmation

After receiving your registration, you will be sent a confirmation packet (by email for online registrations). Included will be driving directions, a complete list of what to bring, general information regarding the camp week and a health history form.

Sponsorship Funds & Payment Plans

Families who demonstrate financial need may apply for sponsorship funds or a payment plan. To apply, please contact the camp and request an Application for Sponsorship Funds or Payment Plan. This brief application will request information regarding your financial need and will ask what portion of the camp fees you can contribute. A parent or guardian should complete the Application and return it with the registration form and deposit. LGYC reserves the right to determine which session sponsored campers may attend.

Refunds

Registration fees are refundable up to $50.00, and only if we are contacted at least two weeks before the camp session. Registration fees are non-transferable.

Dismissals

LGYC desires to provide a camp experience that enables each child to have a good time and learn about God. Each camper at LGYC is expected to show respect and cooperation toward the staff and other campers. If after a clear explanation a camper cannot do what the schedule or staff requires, the adult who registered the camper will be contacted. If you receive such communication regarding your child, you will be expected to instruct your child to obey and cooperate. After your instructions, if your child is again unable or unwilling to participate in an acceptable manner in the group, you will be asked by the camp director to come and pick up your child. No deduction from camp fees will be made for absences or withdrawals before the end of the camp session.

LGYC is open to all children without regard to their race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or physical handicaps.
