Surrounded by Lake Geneva and Big Foot State park, it is the ideal retreat and conference setting throughout the year for groups of 12 to 500+. Book a group of 300 or more and you will have Exclusive Use of all our Conference Center facilities.

LGCC is located on 45 acres of trees, grass and nicely landscaped grounds only one mile from the village of Lake Geneva with its many tourist attractions and recreational activities. Take off with the group or family and explore the opportunities on your own or join our terrific planned on-site activities.

Our purpose at the Conference Center is to provide a place that is set apart for life-changing experiences in Christ. It is our hope that our peaceful surroundings, attractive facilities, and personal service allows each guest to retreat from life's distractions and be refreshed and renewed.

Whether you are planning a retreat for teens, families, adults or couples, our Conference facility offers a wide variety of accommodations (private, semi-private, group/dorms, and rustic cabins) to meet your specific needs.

We offer each group a meeting room based on their size and program needs. Meeting rooms are equipped with fireplaces, modern audio / visual equipment, and other amenities to serve your event needs. Our fall & spring capacity is 500+, winter is 350-400, summer is 250 (our summer camps are in session). We have eleven different meeting rooms that can accommodate groups from 20 to over 450!

Mealtimes are a big part of any conference or retreat's success. Therefore, we pride ourselves on the excellent food service we provide. We know that mealtimes are a good time to relax and converse with friends and family. That's why we serve "family style" so that you can sit back and enjoy the meal together. Our two (2) dining rooms have a seating capacity of approximately 300 each. We also provide a variety of tasty snacks.

We offer a wide variety of recreational activities and adventures including: Modern, indoor gymnasium / multi-purpose athletic facility, indoor climbing wall, double zip line, indoor and outdoor volleyball, indoor and outdoor basketball, snow tubing, tobogganing, cross country skiing, ice skating, hiking trails (at Big Foot State Park, adjacent to camp), paintball, giant slip-n-slide, and much more.

Our Conference Center includes beachfront property on Geneva Lake which opens up many recreational options including swimming, skiing, banana boat rides, sailing, fishing, canoeing, paddle boats, and more.

Our gymnasium / multi-purpose facility has a full size high school regulation sized court with 2 side courts. The facility is stocked with equipment for various sports and also has a staging area for drama, concerts, etc.

Private / Deluxe Rooms - 34 Beds Total

"Coach House"
We have a total of 17 rooms, 2 twin beds each. Each room has a Private Bath and is equipped nicely for adult or family stays. Rollaways can be added to most rooms. 34 Beds Total.

Semi-Private / Premier Rooms - 126 Beds Total

"Maples"
8 Semi-Private rooms. Room Capacity varies from 6-14. Seven rooms with private bath in the shared room. One room with bath in hallway (handicapped accessible). Lounge with fireplace, ping-pong, foosball. 66 Beds Total.

"Birchwood"
11 Semi-Private rooms. Rooms capacity varies from 4-10. Each room has a Private Bath (one is handicapped accessible). 60 Beds Total.

Dorms & Cabins Style / Standard - 377 Beds Total

"Big Stone Lodge"
15 rooms off a main hallway. Room capacity varies from 3-10. Main level includes 15 rooms and 2 restroom facilities. Lower level includes 2 restrooms with 6 showers. 69 Beds Total

"Whispering Pines"
4 larger rooms with separate entrances. Room capacity varies from 12-20. Semi-Private bath includes 2 showers, 2 sinks, 1 toilet in each room. 62 Beds Total

"Willows"
1st floor includes 8 dorm style rooms with 5 beds. 2nd floor includes 12 private rooms with 2 beds each. Each room has private bath. 54 Beds Total

"Cabins"
2 Cabins housed in each building. 13 beds in each cabin - 26 per building. Each cabin has 2 sinks, 1 shower and 1 toilet. 192 Beds Total

NOTE: Pillow and Blanket provided on each bed. Linens (sheets and towels) available for an additional charge. Cribs and Pack-n-Plays available on request.
