The act of serving gives us a front-row seat to watch God's amazing work unfold on Earth. Whether it is teaching a child how to pray, scrubbing a dinner plate, or leading a group through a teams course, serving pulls us from the sidelines to the frontlines of God's great adventure. Investing your time and energy into serving God and others is what you were made to do. This is normal behavior for people who are filled with God's Spirit.

Teen Staff
Students entering the 10 th grade and older.

College Staff
Students who have completed one semester of college.

Those who have participated on College Crew in prior years can return for one last year after graduation. High school graduates who are 18 years old and entering in the fall will be considered according to need and certain criteria.

Adults looking to serve on one of our ADVISORY teams to help "frame" the vision and implementation of future programs and ministries.

The 2008 Summer Staff Training Manual is now available for you to download. All staff and volunteers must read and sign the manual!

In order to enhance our training programs and provide for excellent staff coordination, all staff (College Crew, Teen Staff, Adult Staff, and volunteers) must download, read, and sign the Summer Staff 2008 Training Manual.
