Before Camp Resources
Here, you will find everything you need to feel prepared and confident before your child arrives at camp. From registration timelines, packing lists and check-in details, this page is designed to equip you with the information and tools that will make the transition smooth and stress-free. Our goal is to help you and your camper feel ready - so when camp begins, you can focus on the excitement, growth, and life-changing experiences ahead.

Deposit and Payment Information
Portal
Through the LGYC portal, parents will be able to register, submit all necessary forms, and make payments.
Online Payment
We recommend that you make payments online through the Portal before your camp start date.

Paid Activities
In addition to the variety of activities included with registration, we may offer other activities for an additional cost.

2 Weeks Before Camp
Camper Sponsorship applications are due!

Make your final Payments.
To add money or make final payments, go to your family's account online on the Portal.
Registrar Communication
Our registrar will email you to confirm arrival information.
Cancellations up to a week prior to camp's start date will receive a refund for the total amount paid less a $50 administrative fee.
No refunds are available when canceling within a week of camp's start date. No refunds are available for "no-shows" and we cannot transfer to another week.

Provide Notice of Special Dietary Needs & Medication Info:
All dietary restrictions must be noted in the online registration at least 2 weeks prior. This allows our Food Service Team time to plan, accommodate needs, and purchase any necessary items.
Additionally, all medications being brought must be listed in the camper's online registration.

Packing List
All items should be clearly marked with the family name.
- Bible, Notebook, and Pen
- Personal Toiletries
- Sleeping Bag or Bed Sheets and Blanket
- Pillow and Pillow Case
- Towels and Wash Cloth
- Play Clothes
- Extra Shoes, Athletic Shoes, Snow Boots (for Arctic Blast)
- Raincoat, Jacket, and Winter Coat & Snow Pants (for Arctic Blast)
- Modest Swim Wear, NO bikinis (modesty will be at the discretion of camp staff) (for Summer Camp)
- Bug Spray (strongly suggested for Summer Camp)
- Sunscreen
- Flashlight or Head Lamp
- Laundry Bag
- Medication
- Refillable Water Bottle
Electronic Devices
At Lake Geneva Youth Camp, we're all about being present! To help you connect deeply with God and others, we ask that you leave all phones and electronic devices at home. Please bring a physical Bible and an alarm clock or watch instead of relying on your phone. Chapel is a phone-free zone for everyone, including leaders and staff! Let's unplug together and make the most of this time away!

Check-In
Summer Camps Begin on Sunday
Check-in Time: 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Location: W2655 W South St. Lake Geneva, WI 53147
Gate Entry: There will be a crew to greet you at Gate #7
Winter Camps Begin on Friday
Enter at Gate 3 and park in the Gym Lot.
*The Landeck Canteen (Snack Shop) will be open during Check-in, but we recommend stopping for dinner on your way to camp.

Health & Safety
Health History & Medications
Every camper needs a current Health History and Medical Form on file, which may be completed online through the Portal.
Visitation
For the safety of all campers, we ask that there are no visitors. This ensures your camper fully enjoys their distraction-free camp experience.
Swim Test
Campers under 18 will take a swim test. Wristbands are given to show the camper's swimming level. Some activities require a higher level of swimming ability.

- Valuable Items (Anything your campers bring to camp they bring at their own risk)

Our Three-Part Theme
Fall Blast 2025
In the Fall, we launched our theme "Above" with this verse:
Philippians 2:3 - "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves."
Arctic Blast 2026
For Arctic Blast, we continue our "Above" theme with the following theme verse:
Proverbs 4:23 - "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
Summer 2026
Join us for final part of our "Above" theme where we explore the theme verse:
Colossians 3:2 - "Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth."
