The Education Coordinator provides leadership and support for all educational programming at Lake Geneva Ministries, including Explore Labs, Day Camp, and Pathway. This role ensures that each program operates with excellence, intentionality, and a Christ-centered focus. The Education Coordinator works closely with the Program Director to develop curriculum, train and equip seasonal staff, and create environments where students can grow spiritually, relationally, and personally. 

Works as the Housekeeping Lead for the Conference Point operations. Ensure our meeting, lodging, and restrooms are clean, well-stocked with supplies, and welcoming for guests. 

The Waterfront Manager provides leadership and oversight for all waterfront operations at Lake Geneva Ministries, (including waterfront locations at Lake Geneva Youth Camp & Conference Point Center), ensuring safety, excellence, and a Christ-centered experience for every guest. This role includes recruiting, training, & managing lifeguards and boat drivers, maintaining equipment and facilities, and upholding all safety standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a heart for ministry and a desire to disciple others through their work.
