Inquiry & Beginning Steps

  • Filling out an Inquiry

  • Confirm your booking

    Once you've been in touch with your booking team and your dates are confirmed, you'll receive a contract. To secure your reservation, please sign and return the contract along with your deposit within 14 days. 

  • Begin Planning (60 days prior to arrival)

    Two months before your retreat, it's time to finalize the details. Use our Retreat Sample Schedule to begin planning, and make sure the following items are submitted or requested: 

    Required documents & forms: 

    • Tax Exempt Letter (Due at least 14 days prior to your retreat)
    • All-Purpose Waivers (for all attendees)
    • Certificate of Insurance
    • Housing Lists
    • Early/Late Arrival Requests

    Facility & Service Requests:

    • Linen Rentals
    • Audio/Visual Equipment
    • Meeting Room Setups
    • Dietary Needs or Food Allergies
    • Outdoor Campfire Reservations
    • Special Food Requests

    Activities & Recreation (First Come, First Served):

    • Snack Shop Usage Requests
    • Facilitated Recreation Options (climbing wall, archery, zipline, etc.)
    • Swimming or Boating Requests

     

  • Final Details (1-2 Weeks Prior to Arrival)

    As your retreat approaches, we'll send you key updates and reports. At this stage, be prepared to confirm: 

    • Guaranteed Final Head Count
    • Current Invoice (Emailed to group leader)
    • Retreat Details Report (Customized for your event)
    • Previous Year Summary Report (if applicable)
  • On Arrival

    Welcome to camp! To help us get you checked in smoothly, please:

    • Turn in all signed waivers
    • Bring final payment for your event (if not already submitted)
    • Call Guest Services at (262) 325-8901 when you arrive

Important Guidelines

  • Special Diet Policy

    At Lake Geneva Ministries, we strive to accommodate necessary dietary needs to the best of our ability. Our food service team is experienced in providing safe, nutritious meals for guests with medical or allergy-related dietary restrictions. 

    To ensure we can properly plan and prepare, all special dietary needs must be communicated by the group leader during the booking process and confirmed no later than 60 days prior to your retreat. 

  • What not to bring

    For the safety and well-being of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited on camp grounds:

    • Tobacco products
    • Alcoholic Beverages
    • Illegal drugs or substances
    • Any form of weaponry
