A $25 non-refundable deposit per student is required to reserve and lock in each student spot for your weekend.

NEW GROUPS

If you're interested in bringing your group to join us for the first time, we'd love to connect with you! 

Please complete our Fall Blast Inquiry Form to get started. Once submitted, you'll be connected with our Ministry Relationship Manager and Registration Team, who will provide additional details and guide you through the next steps.

Once we have confirmed a weekend with you, you'll receive a Fall Blast Agreement to complete, sign, and return to our Registration Team along with your deposit. The required deposit is $25 per student and is non-refundable.

The completed agreement and deposit can be submitted electronically or by mail.

RETURNING GROUPS

If your group attended Fall Blast last year, please reach out to our Ministry Relationship Manager to discuss availability and receive the latest version of the Fall Blast agreement. Once this is completed, please return the Agreement to the Registration Team along with the deposit. You may submit these electronically or by mail. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Group must complete and return the signed Fall Blast Agreement and deposit to secure their spots. The remaining balance due is to be paid prior to or on the date of the arrival for each camp.
• The group agrees to pay for the full registration fee for at least the number of attendees specified in their signed agreement, regardless of final attendance.
• Group leader is required to have all parents (campers) and adult supervisors use LGYC's registration system. Group leader should ensure that parents and staff complete and sign the Lake Geneva Youth Camp Recreation Release Waiver and health forms online. Groups who are unable to use the LGYC online registration system should contact the Camp Registrar at [email protected] to make alternate arrangements.
• We agree to provide adult supervision of campers under the age of 18, according to the ratio of one adult per 8 campers per gender.

Questions regarding your camper's dietary needs, please submit your questions via our Contact Us form (select Attending LGM Programs > Dietary Restrictions and Food Sensitivities at Lake Geneva Youth Camp).
