Help tell the story of each week as you capture the laughter, adventure, relationships, and moments of reflection that campers and staff experience. You’ll plan and film camp footage, edit weekly highlight videos, publish appropriate content, and support other camp programs when needed.

Support cabin leaders throughout the summer by providing encouragement, guidance, and leadership when challenges arise. You’ll coach and support Camp Staff, intervene in disciplinary situations, help coordinate early pick-ups and late arrivals, and assist with other camper and cabin needs as they arise.

Do you love teenagers and want to invest in them as they learn to serve, lead, and follow Jesus? Walk alongside Teen Serve students as a mentor who challenges them, encourages them, and helps them discover the joy of serving others. You’ll lead small groups, supervise work assignments, plan staff activities, disciple students one-on-one, and care for their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Do you love working with kids, leading a team, and creating days that are both incredibly fun and intentionally Christ-centered? Lead the Day Camp team in creating a place where children feel safe, known, excited to be there, and challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus. You’ll disciple and lead Day Camp staff, teach Bible time, coordinate schedules and activities, care for camper safety, and communicate with parents.

Do you love working with kids, thrive in an active environment, and enjoy helping a team create a great experience? Help bring the Day Camp experience to life by supporting the Day Camp Manager, caring for campers, and creating a safe and Christ-centered environment each day. You’ll assist with daily activities and special events, monitor camper well-being, support Day Camp staff, and communicate with the office team.

Do you love Jesus, enjoy leading others, and want to create an environment where campers can encounter God through His Word and worship? Help shape the spiritual rhythm of camp by making chapel a meaningful, excellent, and distraction-free experience each day. You’ll oversee the chapel space, coordinate musicians and speakers, lead setup and production, and execute the schedule for chapel services.

Do you enjoy working with technology and want to use your skills to help people hear, see, and engage without distraction? Help create a chapel environment where campers and staff can focus their attention on worship, teaching, and what God is doing in their lives. You’ll run audio and visual systems, assist with chapel setup and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain the chapel space.

Do you love the outdoors, enjoy teaching others, and see creation as an opportunity to point people toward its Creator? Help campers slow down, explore, ask questions, and discover the goodness and glory of God through His creation. You’ll care for the Nature Center and its animals, create and lead outdoor lessons, assist campers and volunteers, and maintain the Nature Center throughout the summer.

Do you love being creative, enjoy working with kids, and want to use art as a way to build relationships and point campers toward Jesus? Assist the Handcraft Lead to create a space where campers can slow down, make something with their hands, and experience the joy of creativity and connection. You’ll lead craft projects, instruct campers and volunteers, maintain the Handcraft space, and work one-on-one with campers.

Are you organized, dependable, and calm under pressure with a heart for caring for others? Help create a safe and well-supported camp community by making sure the Nurse’s Station is staffed, prepared, and ready to care for campers and staff when they need it. You’ll schedule and support the health care team, maintain medical supplies and the Nurse’s Station, oversee health protocols, and ensure the team follows required procedures.

Do you love adventure, enjoy leading people, and want to use recreation to create opportunities for campers to grow and experience Jesus? Lead a team that turns camp’s recreation areas into places of excitement, challenge, encouragement, and connection. You’ll assist the Recreation Manager train and lead recreation staff, oversee activities and equipment, maintain safety standards, supervise campers, all while representing Christ well to campers and guests.

Do you love adventure, working with people, and turning a little bit of nervousness into a whole lot of excitement? Help campers conquer challenges, try something new, and experience the joy of adventure while using recreation as an opportunity to point them toward Jesus. You’ll lead recreation activities, supervise campers, operate and care for equipment, and maintain a safe and positive environment.

Are you a confident leader who stays calm under pressure and cares deeply about keeping people safe? Lead the waterfront team with confidence while creating an environment where campers can enjoy the lake, grow in their skills, and experience the excitement of camp. You’ll assist the Waterfront Manager supervise lifeguards, oversee daily waterfront operations, maintain equipment and facilities, and train staff in safe open-water practices.

Are you alert, responsible, and ready to use your lifeguarding skills to serve campers and your team all summer long? Help make the waterfront a place where campers can relax, play, and enjoy the lake while knowing they are in good hands. You’ll guard the waterfront, enforce water safety procedures, clean and maintain the waterfront and boathouse, and practice lifeguarding skills.

Do you love being on the water, have a passion for adventure, and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for others? Spend your summer on Lake Geneva bringing excitement to campers through tubing, skiing, boating, and time on the water. You’ll operate and maintain the boat, keep it fueled and clean, help train waterfront staff in safe boating practices, and lead exciting water activities.

Do you enjoy meeting new people, anticipating needs, and helping others feel genuinely welcomed and cared for? Be part of creating an excellent experience for retreat guests while becoming a familiar, helpful presence around the property. You’ll assist the Guest Services Manager host retreat groups, respond to guest needs, help with facilities and meeting spaces, and support the program when needed.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of a job well done? Help care for the property that makes camp possible, knowing that much of your work happens behind the scenes but impacts every camper and guest. You’ll tackle projects involving painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, firewood, property improvements, and other maintenance needs.

Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces and enjoy serving others through practical work? Help create a welcoming environment where campers, guests, and staff can feel comfortable and cared for. You’ll clean and reset rooms and facilities, restock supplies, maintain common areas, and support the housekeeping team wherever needed.

Do you enjoy working hard, serving others, and helping create something that brings people together? Be part of the team that turns mealtimes into moments of nourishment, hospitality, and community for campers, guests, and staff. You’ll prepare and serve food, host campers and guests in the dining hall, clean the kitchen and dining areas, and help train food service volunteers.

Do you enjoy serving people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and bringing a little extra fun to someone’s day? Help make the Snack Shop and Canteen a refreshing place where campers and guests can grab a treat, escape the heat, and connect with friends. You’ll prepare and manage orders, organize and display products, serve campers and guests, and keep the retail space clean and inviting.

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly face that makes a first impression? Help families and guests feel welcomed and cared for as you guide them through the details of their camp experience. You’ll answer phone calls and emails, organize registration paperwork, communicate with families, and interact with campers, parents, volunteers, and guests.
